We strongly encourage customers to take advantage of our 24-hour free trial before purchasing a subscription. The free trial allows you to test device compatibility, streaming quality, available content, and key features to ensure that the service meets your expectations.
2. No-Refund Policy
Once a subscription has been purchased and activated, it is generally non-refundable. Because our services are digital and access is provided immediately after purchase, refunds are not available for:
- Monthly or annual subscriptions.
- Unused or partially used subscription periods.
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction after purchase.
- Issues caused by the customer’s device, internet connection, local network, third-party applications, or configurations outside our control.
We recommend using the free trial before purchasing to confirm that the service is compatible with your setup and meets your expectations.
3. Limited Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:
Non-Delivery or Complete Service Unavailability
You completed a payment, but your account or subscription access was never provisioned, or the service was completely unavailable due to an issue within our systems for a continuous period exceeding 24 hours from the time of purchase or renewal, and our support team was unable to resolve the issue.
Duplicate Payment
A refund may be issued if you were accidentally charged twice for the same subscription.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. Partial or pro-rated refunds are not provided except where required by applicable law.

If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund and send you a confirmation email.
5. Cancellations and Auto-Renewal
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. After cancellation, your access will generally remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation does not result in a refund for any unused portion of an active subscription period. To prevent an upcoming renewal charge, please cancel your subscription before your next scheduled billing date.

If you initiate a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider before contacting us, your account may be temporarily suspended while the transaction is reviewed and investigated.
