2. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that material made available through Alakh IPTV infringes your copyrighted work, you may submit a written DMCA notice to our designated agent.
To be considered valid, your notice should include the following information as required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):
- Your Contact Information: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the Copyrighted Work: A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, you may provide a representative list.
- Identification of the Allegedly Infringing Material: Sufficient information to allow us to locate the material, such as the specific URL(s) or other relevant location details.
- Good-Faith Statement: A statement confirming that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or applicable law.
- Accuracy and Authority Statement: A statement made under penalty of perjury confirming that the information provided in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative. For an electronic signature, typing your full legal name is generally acceptable.

3. What Happens After We Receive a DMCA Notice
Upon receiving a properly formatted and valid DMCA notice, we will review the submission to determine whether it satisfies the applicable requirements.
Where appropriate, we may:
- Remove or disable access to the material identified in the notice.
- Notify the user or account holder associated with the material.
- Take any additional action required or permitted under applicable law.
We reserve the right to request additional information when necessary to evaluate the validity of a DMCA notice.
4. How to Submit a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material was removed or access to it was disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our designated DMCA agent.
A valid counter-notification should include:
- Your Contact Information: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the Removed Material: Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where the material appeared before removal, such as the previous URL.
- Good-Faith Statement: A statement made under penalty of perjury confirming that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement confirming that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located or, if your address is outside the United States, the judicial district in which Alakh IPTV is located.
- Service of Process: A statement confirming that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice or their authorized agent.
- Signature: A physical or electronic signature. For an electronic signature, typing your full legal name is generally acceptable.
After receiving a valid counter-notification, we may forward it to the original complaining party as required by applicable law.
If we do not receive notice that the original complainant has filed a legal action seeking a court order to prevent the allegedly infringing activity, the material may be restored or access may be reinstated in accordance with the applicable DMCA procedures and statutory timeframes.
5. Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, Alakh IPTV may take action against users or account holders who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers.
Such action may include suspension or termination of accounts, restriction of access to services, or other measures permitted under applicable law.
6. Misrepresentation
Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages and other applicable consequences.
Accordingly, please ensure that all information submitted in a DMCA notice or counter-notification is accurate and complete.
